In accordance with the Intellectual Property Law of Vietnam and relevant regulations on copyright protection in the digital environment, PureHigh has designated an agent to receive notifications of alleged copyright infringement occurring on the purehigh.edu.vn website. If you believe that your copyrighted work is being used without authorization, please notify the designated agent listed below.

Requirements for a Copyright Notice:
All notices must be submitted in writing (or via email) and include the following information:
- Information about the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (title, author, and copyright owner);
- A description of the infringing activity and sufficient information to allow PureHigh to locate the infringing material;
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner or under Vietnamese law;
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and lawful, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner (if applicable).
Handling of Notices:
Upon receiving a valid notice, PureHigh reserves the right to remove, block access to, or otherwise address the infringing content in accordance with Vietnamese law.
The alleged infringer may be notified of actions taken, if necessary.
Important Notes:
Submitting false or misleading copyright notices may result in legal consequences under Vietnamese law.
Requests for copyright permission must be directed to the copyright owner directly.

The effective date of this notice is March 1, 2026.
