“ My two decades of working with hundreds of companies revealed one thing important: We are sitting on a treasure of business knowledge, strategy, leadership, and best practices, yet it has not been fully researched, systemized, and elevated it for Vietnamese leaders and organizations to empower the next generation to rise to regional and global levels. This inspired me to pursue research, complete my DBA at AIT, and conduct experimental studies on Vietnamese talent and creativity. Across all three experiment studies, one truth emerged clearly: When a person has passion, purpose, structured training in strategy–leadership–business–technology, strong cognitive abilities, and creative imagination, they can create true breakthroughs. That is why I co-founded PureHigh with Professor Ngo Viet Liem. PureHigh was born from a simple belief: PureHigh believes that one is capable of transcending into the highest talent, knowledge and happiness. PureHigh opens one to what is greater than oneself toward perfection, purity, and prettiness.
